“Neil was extremely thoughtful and sensitive towards us at such a sad time of our lives. Neil’s tribute was humorous at times which was just like our son who had a very good sense of fun. Neil added little touches that were personal to us as a family. He had lots of patience with us when we made a few changes, nothing was too much trouble. He was there every step of the way. It was lovely to have laughter on such a sad day, it was perfect. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone.”
